A three generation company, the Nolan Insurance Agency was founded in 1933 by James J. Nolan, Sr. and has been owned by and operated by the Nolan family since that time. The company is the oldest continually owned and operated insurance agency in Plymouth. He was a member ofthe board of advisors to the Massachusetts Professional Insurance Association and has been active in many civic organizations. Bill Nolan, Jr C.I.C. Bill Jr. came to the agency in 1987. He is a Certifed Insurance Counselor and works in both the personal and commercial areas of insurance. He is active in Little League, basketball leagues and local civic groups. Brian Nolan, C.I.C. Brian has been with the agency since 1993. He is a Certified Insurance Counselor and handles property and commercial insurance. Brian, for the past five years, has been part of the Town of Plymouth's new homebuyers educational team putting on seminars on a monthly basis. He is active in Little League and other civic programs. Brendan Nolan Brendan has been with the agency since 2003. He is the supervisor of the Personal Lines Automobile Department. He is well versed in all personal lines. Brendan is active in many local community activities and associations. Christopher Magwood, C.I.C. Chris has been with Nolan Insurance since 2000 and is a Certified Insurance Counselor. He is experienced in personal and commercial lines and is active in the Duxbury Little League, the Duxbury Business Association, and is a Member of the Pembroke Chamber of Commerce. Ruth Ann Chafe Ruth Ann is our Manomet Branch Office Manager and has been in the industry for the past ten years. Ruth Ann has a great deal of personal lines experience. Norm McLaughlin, MBA Norm is a Financial Advisor and heads up our financial services department. Prior to joining our agency he worked for MetLife Financial Services as a financial planner/registered representative for ten years. Norm's expertise is in the area of planning financial futures for individuals, families and small businesses, dealing in life and disability insurance, mutual funds, annuities and long term care insurance. Krystyn Caron Kristin joined the agency in the spring of 2008. She has attended many insurance classes and seminars and is well versed in personal lines automobile insurance. She works in the automobile department in the Plymouth location. Rich Schelle Jennifer Galas Cheryl A.
